We are excited that you are considering becoming a member of our parish family! Take a moment to download and print a copy of our parish registration form, fill it out and return it to our parish office. (You can also pick up a printed copy at the office or at the back of the Church.) You can either send it by postal mail to the address below, place it in the collection basket at Mass, or, better yet, stop by the parish office so we can meet you in person.
