H3O - Offering a hand, a heart and a ray of hope

H3O
A Women’s Ministry
Offering a Hand, a Heart and a ray of Hope

H3O is a women’s ministry that welcomes women of all ages and faith backgrounds. We are a group of women who seek to enrich our lives through new and old friendships, the love of Christ and the sacredness of trust.

The H3O core values of connections, community, challenge and Christ seek to inspire each woman and appeal to her desire to grow spiritually, socially and/or through community outreach and volunteerism.

We connect through monthly socials, a prayer group, faith-sharing gatherings, retreats and community outreach projects. H3O welcomes you to attend as many events as you wish.  Click here to view our brochure

Come as a stranger and leave as our friend! Everyone is welcome!

H3O does not meet during the summer months. See the H3O calendar for the 2014-2015 year!  You may email us for more information about any of the information below by using the parish contact form.

H3O Socials ... Come as a Stranger, Leave as a Friend!

Join us as we gather and enjoy old and new friendships.  Each monthly get together features a different theme.  Come learn and explore new ideas that will challenge and inspire you.

October ~ June, Monthly, 1st Wednesday evening, 7-9pm
(No program January 2015) see above calendar for dates.

“Heart Strings Café”… Where Every Heart Can Share,
Every String is a Different Color and a Different Voice

Share the everyday experiences that shape your life and nourish your heart in an environment of sacred trust. Small group discussions and personal meditation will reflect upon life experiences through Christ’s teachings. Following light refreshments and a brief devotional or DVD in this café style setting, women will have ample time to share in small circles, with guided questions to help spark conversations.

Program will start up in 2015.  Stay tunded for more information.

“Heart Whisperers” … a prayer ministry of H3O

Come join us as we open our hearts to the power and movement of the Holy Spirit. You may pray from home or join us in prayer together. The H3O Women’s Ministry, and prayer intentions for personal needs are lifted up to our Lord. Please email us for more information.

“Retreats” … creating a sacred space

Each fall and spring we gather to create a sacred space for prayer, reflection and faith sharing at a gentle pace. Each Retreat or Morning of Reflection honors the need for silence as well as words, and both personal and communal time.

Fall 2014:  Saturday, Nov. 15th ~ "Morning of Reflection", 8:30 am - 12:00 noon

Spring 2015:  Saturday, March 28th ~ "Women's Lenten Retreat", 9am - 3pm

We ask that you register ahead for all retreats, space is limited. Retreats are held in the ICC Gathering Hall.  Each retreat will have a separate registration fee.

H3O “Outreach” … together our hands can improve our community
and challenge our hearts

Grow spiritually and socially as we draw inspiration from each other and the community we serve.  Make a difference in the lives of others – and your own – through your gift of community service.

Organizations and events sponsored by H3O serve our parish family and the greater Nashua community. Outreach opportunities are open to volunteers with limited time and those who wish to make a long-term commitment.
