Health Ministry

The focus of the Health Ministry Team is to serve our parish community in ways to promote healthy living with regards to our mind-body-spirit connection. The challenge of stabilizing these three components is eased by making our lives a bit more God-centered and calm rather than overbooked and rushed. 

Monthly Meetings: 

We meet the 2^nd Tuesday of every month in the spiritual center at 7:00PM. Our meeting begins with prayer in the chapel and then we move to Room 2 for high intensity discussion. Medical Background not necessary to join - All are welcome!!!! 

Monthly Blood Pressure Clinics: 

Blood Pressure Clinics are held the first Sunday of every month (except in July & August) from 8:30AM-11:00AM in the Gathering Hall of the Spiritual Center.
